BL2 Week 9


What are your goals for the Last 3 Weeks???

Below is the percentage of weight loss after Week 9 (this is a running total, not a weekly result).  Heidi is still in the lead but 3 of you jumped over 5% this week!!!!  Karin, Lori, and Sharon are going to give Heidi a run for her money these last 3 weeks!!!!  I want to give...um...what's a modern version of "shout out" or "props"? to my Steady-Eddie Chelsea who has consistently lost weight every single week since she started the first contest - even over the two week break.  Slow and steady wins the race girl, keep it up!

While I don't encourage drinking as part of a weight loss program, we all know it happens.  So you might as well make better choices - clear liquor, wine, light beer, or this yummy concoction from one of your competitors Claire:

i have a cocktail recipe i'd love to share- 1 bottle of lemon/lime seltzer, 1 tub crystal light (or kroger!) lemonade mix, approx 10 shots of lemon vodka. blend while the seltzer is cold for more carbonation, while warm for less. just drink a little of the seltzer, then blend all the ingredients in the bottle. keep it chilled in the fridge (or cooler, if camping:D) and it's a wicked delish and refreshing drink- all for about 70 calories a glass!
